Reform of the condominium
It entered into force on 18 June 2013, the reform of the condominium governed by Law 220/2012. A review of the rules that affects approximately 30 million Italians and all condominium managers scattered throughout the Italian territory.
The establishment of the super condominium and of the Council of condominium, the development of a real symptomatic cases of “serious irregularities” in condominium management, foreclosure, for the regulation to prohibit the possession or keeping of pets, the ‘obligation of the bank account ownership, the special attention given to the security of the building and facilities, regulation of conflict of interest on the part of the administrator. These are some of the highlights.
