Luca Amati graduated in Law at the University of Milan in 1995.

Member of the Bar of Milan since 2000, before the foundation of Abs Law firm together with the Attorneys Daniela Biavaschi and Stefano Serbini, Luca Amati collaborated with the major firms in Milan, such as Notary De Stefano firm, Danovi and Discepolo Law Firms, reaching expertise first of all in these keys areas :

– Judicial : company law, law of obligations and contracts , real estate law , law of succession .
– Extrajudicial-legal advice: corporate law, business contracts, real estate law, inheritance law , energy law .
